About the Job

We are looking for a trained perfusionist and offer a stimulating and educational job.

You will work in a cheerful team where good collaboration is combined with independent tasks.

As a perfusionist, you will work alongside operating room nurses, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and anesthetists in a team. Working hours are scheduled during the day with on-call duties during evenings, nights, and weekends for emergency situations.

When you start with us, you will receive individual onboarding with experienced colleagues as support and continuous professional development.

At Thoracic Surgery, both emergency and planned surgeries are performed. This includes cardiac and lung surgery, pacemaker surgery/implantation of various types, as well as minor procedures related to thoracic surgery. The patient base is estimated to be around 250 cardiac surgical procedures per year. In addition to ECC, IABP and ECMO are also used.

Applicants who are considered for employment must present a certificate from the Police Authority's criminal record before employment.

About You

You should have training as a perfusionist equivalent to the perfusionist education in Aarhus, Denmark. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, and language skills equivalent to Swedish, level C, are a requirement for employment.
